Jam With Women Posters

A free event series that started in Istanbul in January 2020. It is organized voluntarily by a group of women who are involved in music and whose biggest common point is the excitement of seeing women on stage. What is its purpose? To create a safe space where women musicians can gain stage experience. It is important to make professionals visible, to encourage amateurs, and to get those who have nothing to do with music involved. To establish a dialogue and solidarity network among women interested in music. To show why music is a great way to show solidarity.
